Documents that you need to register your business are stated below as follows:

Proof of Identification can be any of the following documents below:

• Passport
• Driver License
• National Voter's I.D

 Proof of Address Requirements

You may submit any one of the following documents as proof of address:

✅ Driver’s License
✅ National Voter’s ID
✅ Utility Bill (e.g. water, light, internet – in your name)

Important:
If your business address or current living address is different from the address shown on your ID or utility bill, you must also submit a:

Voluntary Declaration Form –
This must be signed and stamped by a Justice of the Peace (JP) to confirm and verify your current address.

Business Registration Details Needed

Please provide the following information to begin your business registration:

1️⃣ Business Name
• Submit 3 name options in order of preference (in case your first choice is unavailable)

2️⃣ Nature/Type of Business
• Briefly describe what your business does (e.g. catering, online retail, transportation)

3️⃣ Date Business Started
• Include day, month, and year

4️⃣ Your Best Contact Info
• Email address
• Phone number (WhatsApp preferred if available)

5️⃣ Current Occupation
• Your job title or how you're currently employed

1️⃣ Complete the Registration Form
Fill out our Business Registration Form with your details and click Submit.
We will automatically receive a copy via email.

2️⃣ Make Your Payment
Make payment via bank transfer or deposit.
Send a screenshot or photo of your receipt to WhatsApp: 876-827-2618

3️⃣ We Process Your Application
Once payment is confirmed, we will proceed to prepare and submit your application to the Companies Office of Jamaica.

4️⃣ Await BOJ Approval
The Bank of Jamaica (BOJ) will review and approve your application.
You will receive an email notification once your Business Certificate is ready for pickup.
