To apply for a Canadian visitor visa, please prepare and submit the following:

1. Valid Passport

• Must be valid and not expired 

2. Proof of Funds (Bank Statement Requirements)

• Minimum JMD $180,000 if staying with a host (invitation letter required) 
• Minimum JMD $350,000 if staying at a hotel 
• Must show at least 4 months of transaction history with regular deposits 
• Must include a final (certified) bank statement issued by the bank 

3. Proof of Employment or Business

• Employed Applicants: 
  • Job Letter 
• Business Owners / Self-Employed:
  Provide as many as possible: 
  • Final bank statement 
  • Transactional bank statement 
  • Business Registration Certificate 
  • Invoices and/or receipts 
  • Tax filings (if available) 
  • Sworn Affidavit from a Justice of the Peace (JP) 
• Students: 
  • Status Letter from school or institution 

4. Proof of Accommodation

• Invitation Letter from your Canadian host
  OR 
• Hotel Booking Confirmation (We provide this FREE of cost) 

5. Travel History (if available)

• Copies of current or previous visas 
• Copies of passport stamps showing travel history 

6. Proof of Strong Ties to Jamaica (Optional but Recommended)
Examples include:

• Property title 
• Marriage certificate 
• Child’s birth certificate 
• Vehicle documents or other assets 

7. Letter of Intent / Cover Letter

• A professional letter explaining your purpose of travel, travel plans, and ties to Jamaica 
• We can prepare this for you – JMD $2,500 (upon request)

 To apply for a Canadian visitor visa for a child, please provide the following:

1. Valid Passport

• Child’s current passport (must not be expired) 

2. Passport Size Photo

• Recent photo (digital copy can be emailed to us) 

3. Birth Certificate

• Must clearly show both parents’ names 

4. Proof of Accommodation

• Invitation Letter
  OR 
• Hotel Itinerary 
• Must include the child’s full name, travel dates, and accommodation details

5. Proof of Funds

• Evidence that funds are available to cover the child’s expenses
  (e.g., bank statement or sponsor support letter) 

6. Travel History (if applicable)

• Copies of any previous visas 
• Copies of passport stamps 

7. Consent Letter / Form

• Signed Consent Letter from the non-accompanying parent 
• Clear copy of the non-accompanying parent’s ID

Sponsor Requirements (Canada Visitor Visa)

If you are applying with the support of a sponsor in Canada, your sponsor must provide the following:

• Invitation Letter
  Must include: 
  • Your full name 
  • Relationship to the sponsor 
  • Reason for your visit 
  • Planned travel dates 
  • Where you will be staying during your visit 

• Passport Bio Page (for Canadian Citizens) 
  • Clear copy of the sponsor’s passport photo page 

• PR Card (Front & Back) (for Permanent Residents) 
  • Scanned copy of both sides of the sponsor’s PR card 

• Proof of Financial Support (if sponsor is covering expenses)
  Provide one of the following: 
  • Recent bank statement 
  • Last 2–3 months of pay slips

• Your invitation letter can be from a family member or friend residing in Canada.
   
• If your host is covering the cost of your trip, this must be clearly stated in the letter.
   
• The invitation letter does not require a signature.

 Step 1: Get Your Documents Ready
Start by gathering all the required documents mentioned earlier. Once you have them, scan and email everything to:

Step 2: Fill Out Our Online Form
Use your phone, tablet, or computer to complete our quick online form. Once you're done, just hit submit—we’ll take it from there!

Step 3: Make Payment
Send your payment to our bank account. After payment is made, please WhatsApp us a copy of your receipt for confirmation.

Step 4: We Handle the Application
We’ll complete your visa application and send it to you for review. If you notice any mistakes, we’ll fix them right away and resend it to you for final confirmation.

Step 5: Biometrics Process
Once your application is submitted and the visa fee is paid, you’ll receive an email from IRCC to book your biometric appointment.

We’ll help you schedule your appointment at the Visa Application Centre closest to you.

Step 6: Appointment Day
On the day of your appointment, take the following:

• Your passport
• The biometric instruction letter from your email
   

Step 7: Track Your Application
After your biometrics are done, you can track your visa application online through your IRCC account. If you'd prefer, we’ll monitor it for you and give you updates.

Step 8: Final Decision from IRCC
You’ll receive an email once IRCC makes a decision on your application. It will let you know if your visa was approved or denied.
