To qualify for online passport renewal, the following conditions must be met:

1️⃣ You must have been over 18 years old at the time your current passport was issued.

2️⃣ You must have the physical passport in your possession.

❌ Lost or stolen passports cannot be renewed online.

3️⃣ You cannot change or add a name on the new passport.
(If you need to update your name, you must apply in person.)

4️⃣ Your passport must be expiring within 1 year or already expired.

 Please provide the following:

✅ 1 Digitized Passport-Sized Photo
• Must be a recent photo on a white background
• Ask your photo studio to email a digital copy (JPG or PNG)

✅ Clear Photo of Birth Certificate
• Must show full name and date of birth clearly

✅ Clear Picture of Current Passport
• Show the bio/data page (the page with your photo and passport details)

Make your payment via bank transfer or deposit.

Step 4:
Once payment is confirmed, we will begin processing your application.

Step 5:
When your new passport is ready, we will notify you.
You will collect it at the PICA office in Kingston.

The cost for passport renewal is JMD $9,500
