The invitation letter can be from a family member or a friend. If the person that you’re visiting is paying for your trip it should be stated in the letter. This can be scanned and sent to your email or travelagencysc2023@gmail.com

The person sending the invitation letter will need to send you a copy of their passport front page. This can be scanned and sent to your email or to our email at travelagencysc2023@gmail.com 

 Gather the required documents

Complete our online form

• Complete our online form using either your phone, laptop, desktop or tablet and click submit. This will send your information to us. 

Make payment 

• Make payment to our bank account once the payment is made send us a copy of receipt on what's app.

We complete your application

• Once your visa application is complete, we will print for you a copy of the application for proof reading.
• Once you verify that your application is accurately completed, we will pay the visa fee and submit your visa application to UK Embassy.
• After submitting your application and paying the visa fee, we will schedule an appointment to get your biometric processed. A biometric is the process by which your fingerprint information is taken in order for the UK embassy.
•  On the morning of the appointment, you will take your passport, along with all supporting documents. 
•  When the UK Embassy has finished processing your application, they will send you an email to let you know the status of your visa, that is, approved or denied. 
• Please note all payments are final and non refundable
