To begin your U.S. visa application, please submit the following:

1.  Valid Passport
2. 1 Passport Size Photo
   • A digital copy must be emailed to: travelagencysc2023@gmail.com. Request this at the photo studio when taking your picture.
3. U.S. Contact Information
   • This can be a family member, friend, spouse, or hotel confirmation showing where you’ll be staying.

 To apply for a U.S. visa for a child, please provide the following:

1. Valid Passport
2. 1 Passport Size Photo
   • A digital copy of the photo must be emailed to: travelagencysc2023@gmail.com. Ask the photo studio to provide a digital version.
3. Copy of Child’s Birth Certificate
4. U.S. Contact Information
   • This can be a family member, friend, or hotel confirmation showing where the child will stay.
5. Parent or Guardian ID
6. Consent Letter (if the child is traveling without both parents)
   • Must be signed by the non-traveling parent(s) and notarized, if possible.

Step 1: Gather Your Documents

• Collect all required supporting documents
• Send them to travelagencysc2023@gmail.com

Step 2: Complete Our Online Form

• Fill out our US Visa Application form
• Make the required payment and send proof via WhatsApp

Step 3: We Handle the Application

• Once payment is confirmed, we will begin your application
• You’ll receive a draft of the application for review and approval

Step 4: Submit & Schedule Your Interview

• Visa fee is submitted
• We schedule your interview at the US Embassy

Step 5: Interview Preparation

• You’ll receive a checklist of documents to bring
• We provide interview coaching via phone or WhatsApp
